My name is Felix - I am the founder of Filmovo GmbH. Before my time as an advertiser, I was passionate about downhill mountain biking. What does that have to do with self-employment? More than you might think at first glance.
I am firmly convinced that competitive sport - especially at a young age - is a huge factor for stamina and willpower. This is exactly what I have experienced myself and have been able to observe in many of my current business partners.
The first few years of my sporting career were a steep upward curve: German champion, European champion in the junior classes. Structured training during the week, mental competitions at the starting gate at the weekend - that's what four to five years of my youth look like. I am supported by great sponsors, coaches and supporters who see how much energy I invest.
Then came the abrupt end: a hand injury made it impossible for me to continue racing competitively. What remains is the unconditional will to progress - and the constant awareness that the competition never sleeps.
A few years later, after countless experiences as a video producer, I gradually managed to gather people around me who were better than me in many areas.
Today, I'm the strategic support for projects in the team - and probably also the troublemaker, if we're honest. My vision? To bring our energy and drive to the industrial companies that once made Germany strong.“

As a trained welding engineer, Christian understands the challenges and visions of industrial companies. Originally starting out as a filmovo customer, he now leads consulting sessions and supports customers in the sales and automation sector.

„I'm Christian Kühnel, Sales Manager at Filmovo. I didn't originally learn what I do today - because I come from a technical background. As a classical engineer, I worked for many years in production and quality control at international industrial companies. It was only when I later took on responsibility as Managing Director that I came into contact with marketing and sales - out of the need to make the company more visible, win new customers and find suitable employees.
Together with Filmovo, I developed a strategy that was precisely tailored to our target groups - not a standard solution, but targeted marketing that really works. We were able to generate an enquiry volume of 28.7 million euros via LinkedIn alone. 11.5 million euros of this was commissioned.
After this success, Felix, our current managing director, asked me if I would be interested in working with him to realise this for other companies. And that's how I became part of Filmovo.
Today, I help industrial clients to develop precisely such strategies - with the aim of attracting really suitable customers and employees. I analyse target groups, provide strategic advice and accompany the entire process.“
