Initial situation
Elektrotechnik Oelsnitz GmbH is making a major contribution to the energy transition in Germany. This mission requires a flexible team with highly trained electrical engineering specialists. Like many other companies, there was no active employer brand and no strategic social recruiting - so growth was dependent on random applications.
Solution & realisation
The right content was produced together with the HR department and some volunteers in the office, switchgear construction and on the construction site. The focus was on a clear approach to the target group, algorithm optimisation and high-quality communication of benefits. With strategic social recruiting for individual positions and continuous social media marketing for an active employer brand, we are future-proofing „eto“.
Result & Performance
In the meantime, Elektrotechnik Oelsnitz GmbH is constantly receiving new unsolicited applications. If some positions are increasingly sought after, we receive 10-20 top candidates after just 4 weeks. In the Head of HR position, for example, we received 6 high-quality applications after 4 days. At the same time, the employer brand on social media continues to grow every month.
