Initial situation
The 3Energy Group operates in a rapidly growing market and is therefore constantly on the lookout for the right talent. Employer branding at local events and social media are fundamental here. At the start of the collaboration in 2023, only the social media channels were in place, but they were not yet permanently populated with target group-optimised content.
Solution & realisation
Numerous content pieces were created together with the 3Energy team. Interviews with personal insights and motivations from the team, breathtaking shots of projects and even content from service technicians on the wind turbines. A unique experience for viewers. These clips are being built up as a content pool and are now being distributed on all platforms.
Result & Performance
In the last two years of working together, 3Energy has undergone a major development in employer branding. From a hidden champion of wind power to open communication and an attractive employer. In the area from Großschirma to Freiberg, over 300,000 people see the campaigns of the 3Energy group of companies. The first viral videos with over 140,000 organic views are created via the new TikTok channel.
